Audits & Assessments

Audits & Assessments

Audits are primarily used to gather ‘factual’ data about a situation which can then be objectively analysed and used to:

  • To turn opinions into facts and create consensus
  • Design interventions to address specific issues
  • Re-run at a later date to assess the effectiveness of the intervention

The audits offered here have been developed by us to understand the specific situation we are faced with in a client organisation and to provide real-time data as the basis for agreeing actions. They are listed in three groups for ease of search; a synopsis of the content can be viewed by putting the mouse over the title.

We hope you will find what you are looking for. If not, this is just a sample so please contact us and we will try to help you.
